The other day I was doing something in the computer. My mom came up to me and said: Monica I've been worried about you, you've been doing nothing but sitting in the computer, excersizing your mind, but what about your body?, your sedentary and might get ill, go workout. So I went to the track to jog. Boy, I felt so good. See, some changes are good, except for the pain I'm feeling right now. But Im feeling like Im doing something good for my body and health. Thanks to my mom that reminded me about this. Thanks mom.
